What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Interhuman AI ApS ("Interhuman AI", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar storage technologies, such as browser localStorage, on this website. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. localStorage is a similar browser storage mechanism that, unlike a cookie, is not sent to a server with every request. We use both: cookies for functionality that the server needs to read (such as your signed-in session), and localStorage for choices your browser needs to remember, including your cookie consent itself.
Cookies that are strictly necessary
These cannot be switched off, because the site or platform cannot function without them. They do not require consent under applicable law.

Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics, including page views, feature usage (autocapture), and session replay of how visitors use the site. We classify this as strictly necessary rather than consent-gated, and it runs for every visitor regardless of your cookie banner choice, because:
- requests are served first-party, through our own domain, rather than a third-party analytics domain;
- we do not create a personal profile for anonymous visitors — a profile is only created once you sign in (
person_profiles: identified_onlyin production); - data is not shared with advertising networks or used for cross-site tracking; and
- we rely on this data under a legitimate interest basis, to understand how the site is used and to fix problems.

Marketing cookies
These are only set once you accept cookies in the banner. If you reject, none of the following load. Not every visitor sees all of these — each one only loads if we have configured it for the environment you are visiting.

How your choice works
When you first visit, we default marketing consent to granted so the banner can offer a clear choice, rather than loading marketing tags silently before you have seen it. If you reject, we set Google's Consent Mode signals to denied and do not load the Meta or LinkedIn tags. If you accept, all of the above may load. Strictly necessary cookies and analytics, as described above, are unaffected by this choice either way.
